Please forgive me for the lack of posts this month. We've been going through some really frustrating and difficult stuff with the buying process of our future house and have really had no time to do much other than pack, work and spend a little time with the Big Dude.
The exciting news is this: Last Friday Tegan began walking... as in more than just a few steps here and there. We are now, I think, officially walking more than crawling and he loves all the attention he gets from walking. HA! No pictures downloaded to our computer yet, but as soon as I get them I'll post them.
In other news, we are for sure getting the house! I won't go into details, but some history came up regarding the previous owner's financing and there was a chance we might not get the house anymore. Thankfully, though, the banks involved will deal with their "issues" amongst themselves and we'll still get the house. YAY!
In other news, Brendan and I spent ALL DAY yesterday as members of our dear friends' wedding party. Yes, Jen and Chris are finally Mr. & Mrs. and we couldn't be more excited for them and the life they now will live together. Congrats to the both of you!!!
Unfortunately I've got no pics for this post, sorry guys! Check back soon, though, cause I'll try to get some downloaded to the pc and uploaded to the blog after T goes down for the night.

oh, man - the EXACT SAME THING happened when we were selling our old house a couple years ago. Our buyer's buyer had financing problems that turned up after we had put an offer on a house. Everything worked out and we got the house, but we found out that the move was still on TWO DAYS before our closing date. We packed and moved in TWO DAYS. And poor Kristofer had to have a double root canal on day #1 of the move and ended up allergic to his pain meds, so he was in bed for most of day #2. Anyway, I know how hard it is when something unexpected pops up and messes with your move. =)
