REALLY?!

Received an email with this title yesterday:

Your toddler at 24 months

Let's just say it made me break down into tears over my lunch break. I've called and emailed this company multiple times to take me off their email list. I've even spoken to a real person and explained why I want to be off the mailing. What do I have to do?!
